A major international group is recruiting for one of its French subsidiaries.

Specializing in various products related to pyrotechnic technologies (detonators, firing machines, etc.) in extreme environments (temperature, atmosphere, etc.), their clients are primarily from the mining industry (civil sector).

Location: Based in Burgundy, France, with frequent international travel (approximately 50% of the time).

Your Missions:
- Master Electronic Initiation Systems (EIS) and capable of serving as the link between customers and R&D teams
- Provide technical customers support and solutions to internal and external customers (field testing, training, documentation).
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the commissioning of products/software and ensure clients fully understand their functionalities.
- Work closely with internal teams to integrate client feedback.

Master’s degree in Mining Engineering with 3-5 years of experience.
Expertise in electronic pyrotechnic initiation systems.
Ability to handle various systems in the field.
Fluent English and professional Spanish.

Autonomous, methodical, and responsible, with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills to interact easily with field users.
Willingness for international mobility.
