That's why we need a new Managers for Paris' office.

As Front-End Manager you will be in charge of a 10 people team.
Main activities :

- Recruitment and onboarding
- Weekly and monthly review
- Training and personal development plan
- Cohesion and wellfare
- Animation of Communities of good practices
- Link between developers, architects, PO and others teams

First proven experience as Manager with at least 5 people.
Technical background in software edition or web development.

Technical stack : Vue.js - HTML 5 - CSS3 - Bootstrap

Agiles / Scrum - TDD
English fluent

It's an hands off job, focus on soft skills.
