They now have more than 40 employees and are looking to expand their infra team with the recruitment of two Technical Support Engineers
Their objective will be to help the preparation and administration of their servers located at their customers’ premises.
They have 17 nationalities in their teams, so being fluent in English is mandatory ;)
LE POSTE / LES MISSIONS
The Support Technical Engineer will be responsible for:
- following the machine orders and install the operating system
- setting up the technical deployment the solutions
- planning and executing the different deployment phases.
- configuring and updating the solutions
- providing customer support for the software solution
- following Quality Management System procedures and guidance
This job is for you if you have:
- experience in Linux environnement and troubleshooting
- good communication skills
The position is opened to young graduate or more experienced Engineers.
